Before this year’s edition of International Fight Week gets underway in Las Vegas and all eyes turn to the UFC 303 pay-per-view, the promotion has business to attend to in Saudi Arabia for the very first time. Today, Riyadh’s Kingdom Arena plays host to the UFC’s debut in the Middle Eastern nation.
A former champion will be in action at the top of the lineup, as elite middleweight Robert Whittaker looks to begin a win streak with his second victory of 2024. Following the late withdrawal of Khamzat Chimaev, “The Reaper” will share the cage with the highly touted Ikram Aliskerov

The co-main event also has big implications for a divisional championship picture, with former interim heavyweight title challenger Sergei Pavlovich returning for the first time since his loss to Tom Aspinall at Madison Square Garden last November. If he’s to rebound, the Russian must get past his fellow countryman, the experienced Alexander Volkov.
